Plan right now, and it will be flexible as needed
Rounds 1-10 (10 days) - 1 round per night LIVE on ICQ Chat. If you can't attend, send a list
Rounds 11-30 (10 days) - 2 rounds per day. Once in morning, once in evening. Excel List
Rounds 31-100 (10 days) - 7 rounds per day, schedule tbd. Will be at multiple points in day, so you can update lists.
At the end of the draft players 23 and older will be available as FA. Players 22 and younger will not be FA, but will be added to next years draft pool.
Q- Can I sign 100 FA? A - No, your total roster limits will be 25 in MLB-AAA-AA and 50 in A.

Will there be one main list everyone will work off of or will it be all homework?

Also, how will the draft order be determined?

List will be in game, so it's available for all. Draft order I will just hit random at the screen showing the order in OOTP, will do that live on Skype when the time comes

Is there going to be a cutoff on eligibility for international players? 1st day of the drat? 1st day of the season? Otherwise the draft pool is changing as the draft proceeds.
Also if a player does not sign in RL, they are going back into the draft pool so you would lose that pick/player? Most of the leagues I've been in you retain their rights, but just want to ask the question to get the answer on record.
Thanks!

1. Only players who have ratings in the actual game will be eligible to be picked in our fantasy draft 2. Correct, you'd retain their rights. Once you draft them, they're yours.

On #2, must have read that wrong so glad I asked. On #1, I’m relatively new to OotP and their disk. Is it any different than the ZiPS disk DMB uses? If not, suppose that works. I just want to make sure eligibility is the same on the last day of the draft as it was on the first day. Thanks!

A lot more players are projected in OOTP than in DMB. The ones that get ZiPS projections are the same for both, but OOTP has internal projections for all the lower-level guys ZiPS won't touch.
