If you're following in the group chat (and you should be), you'll know that I've come up with a work around that allows us to draft guys with their MLB salaries, we won't be using the fantasy draft feature in OOTP. I won't bore you with the details of what I have to do in the sim, just know this.
1. OOTP will be updated as we go with players being drafted, their real salaries will show
2. We will be running a google sheet to track the draft. First 10 rounds will be live. After that you will have a time assignment slot to be on and make your pick, miss your time, you can select when you get on. If you can't be there, get a proxy lined up.
3. Draft will be off during night, we don't expect you to wake up at 2am to pick
4. Sheet is super easy to use, it will auto calculate that players salary and show you how much salary you've selected thus far
